Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only for major issues (e.g. defective, damaged or incorrect items). Please contact us with proof (UNPACK VIDEO) for evaluation before initiating a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags(if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Example:- Order Delivered On 5th Of Month, Inform US  SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY, We Send Address To Return Shipment Give Us Tracking Details By End Of 8th Of Month

Note: Return or Exchange can be done on major issues only damaged or wrong product covered, if you return because of disliking the products won't be accepted back or exchanged. There may be slight color variation in image and actual due to photograhic effect and mobile screen resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For wrong and defective product the new product will be Delivered within 10 days 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 5 WORKING business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
